That’s my 1st blood donation on last Wednesday (3.8.2005) !!! I was experiencing a feeling of great satisfaction since donating blood, until now~ though I’ve got flu after that… (Is it just coincidental? Or, giving blood lowers my immune system and predisposes me to flu? Sorry la… I don’t take bio~ don’t know about this… will check it out later~) Wow, the needle was really very big~ approximately 2mm thick… I saw it when it was taken out~ (of course I wont dare to see when it was poked into my arm!!!)

Well, this event was held in my school hall, the response was quite good (as what I saw in the afternoon). After filling in a form, all of us had to take a blood test. The nurse poked a hole in my middle finger to get a drop of blood to test. What’s the result? I don’t know~ After that, we (Leanne and I) waited for quite a long time for our turns. When the nurse poked the needle into my arm, I just turned over my face, closed my eyes and pretended that nothing happened. Eee~ not very pained actually (since the painkiller was injecting into me). It was less painful than during the blood test lor~

Now I m waiting for the letter from the organization, which will provide the info about my blood~ i want to know my blood type!!!
